RFDS Design and reviewing: Populating and creating a schematic of the site design by considering spectrum tables, baseband requirements/equipment, building or tower structures and existing neighbours

Review of Construction Drawings: We can review construction drawings, structural analysis diagrams and compare with the RFDS. Redlining and alterations are handled with a change management process to ensure the right equipment and design is finally built on a site.
Site integration and turn on: CIQs, SCFs, port matrices are necessary RF materials required to turn on a site. KPI analysis Immediately post turn on can also be performed prior to opening the site to customer traffic.
Close outs: confirm after site ON AIR that all equipment, cabling, azimuths, and site build is as detailed in the design. With pictures as evidence.
